Avalanche, Svatos agree to 2-year deal

Marek Svatos scored 26 goals last seaso for the Colorado Avalanche. The Colorado Avalanche and forward Marek Svatos avoided a salary arbitration hearing Friday by agreeing to a two-year contract extension.
